I’ve realized that professionals in the workplace typically only have access to quality career development resources, support, and strategies if they are lucky enough to find a great mentor, or work for an employee-focused organization. Unfortunately, these are rare gems in today’s workforce.
My goal is to help fill the gap of knowledge, skills and understanding around career growth and development for professional women in the workplace. Together, we will tackle the self-doubt that keeps holding you back, reclaim and leverage your natural strengths and gifts, and develop an action plan that will provide you with the strategy and support needed to land your next dream job.

Jess Mattly is a Human Resources professional turned Career Coach on a mission to help women experience fulfilling and successful careers in the workplace. She teaches her clients how to position themselves as an ideal job candidate by crafting a Professional Brand Story, along with a resume and interview strategy that best highlights their skills and experience. From individual coaching to public speaking, her goal is to ensure women in the workforce have the support, resources and community they need to achieve their goals with clarity and confidence.
Jess holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Masters in Business Administration, and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
